Good afternoon, everyone. Just now experts and colleagues have shared a lot about the direction and application of vehicle display. TCL CSOT pays more attention to what our customers want in the LTPS vehicle field and what we can provide. Below, I share the advantages of TCL CSOT in LTPS car display from a technical level.

 

First, please allow me to introduce TCL CSOT. TCL CSOT is a subsidiary of TCL Group. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TCL Group. It was established in November 2009 with a registered capital of 19.8 billion. It now has a total investment of nearly 200 billion and currently has 6 production lines.

Speaking from the taste of the picture, customers need higher PPI and higher CR. The higher the PPI, the better the driving experience. In the past, people thought that it was not necessary to have a vehicle PPI of more than 200, but in fact, now, individual customers have proposed 250 and 300 PPIs. In the future, customers' demand for in-vehicle display performance is actually endless.

 

From the perspective of interior integration, touch integration has become the standard, and customers are pursuing more personalized and cool designs, such as floating screens, rotating screens, special shapes, curved surfaces, flexibility, and large sizes. For in-car entertainment, customers need transparent displays, gesture control, and larger-sized displays. For driving safety, customers need smart lights, AR HUD, etc.

 

What kind of solutions can TCL CSOT provide?

 

In September 2019, TCL CSOT launched a world-first product-LTPS 17-inch QHD TDDI car display. This product combines Mini-LED and touch integration technology with a partition of up to 646, which conforms to the latest general specifications of European OEM car manufacturers The integrated black index is 1.5, and the ultra-low reflectance is less than 1.5%, which is a leading level in the industry.

In terms of large size, in addition to the traditional 20-inch and 30-inch models on the market, TCL CSOT is also creating large-size vehicle displays with 48-inch and 60-inch sizes. And 4K, 8K high resolution, basic touch functions and even touch feedback, virtual touch and other performance, can be integrated on a large screen.

 

Speaking of transparent display, this is not only the concept of automatic driving, but a real market demand, and it is the technical demand put forward by the future driving experience for car displays.
